Butterfly Home Help is a small family run business which was started by Anne and Eric, in February 2008. Butterfly is not a franchise or part of a larger business venture which means we have freedom to deliver the kind of high quality, professional, personal and flexible service that our clients request and that we want to provide.
We are now celebrating the start of our ninth year of providing essential help and support to older people and adults with disabilities in order to help them to remain as independent as possible and in their own homes. We are registered with, and recently inspected by, the Care Quality Commission who are responsible for regulating Health and Social Care Providers in England.
Our services are designed for older people, adults with temporary or permanent physical disabilities, adults with mental health issues, adults with debilitating conditions or illnesses and adults with progressive or terminal illnesses.
Our services are available to individuals who are self funding, in receipt of direct payments or individual budgets.
Our staff are fully vetted and police checked prior to employment. They complete a rigorous induction programme to ensure they are competent and confident in their role. We provide regular paid training courses* to ensure they have the best knowledge and know how to do their job.
We regularly monitor and appraise them to ensure continual improvements in service. They hold or are working towards a level two qualification or equivalent in health and social care.
